Information you choose to provide
This website does not store contact-form submissions. The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. If you send that email or contact the firm directly, the firm receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message.
How information may be used
Information received directly may be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the firm can accept an engagement, schedule a conversation, maintain business records, protect the firm and its clients, and comply with legal or professional obligations.
Sensitive information
Do not send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, tax documents, banking information, passwords, or other sensitive data through this website or ordinary email. Use the secure client portal only after James provides an invitation.
Website operations
The initial site is designed without advertising pixels, behavioral profiling, newsletter tracking, or a site database. The hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Retention and sharing
Information sent directly is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable legal or professional obligations. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers or advisers that support the firm, or when required by law, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices

Changes
This policy should be reviewed and updated when analytics, a newsletter, scheduling, the Karbon portal, or other data-handling services are added. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
